We offer you a private spa experience, with authentic hammam and relaxing massages. The hammam is a long-standing Moroccan tradition. Our hammam is an authentic Moroccan steam room decorated with Carrara marble and traditional Zelige. You will be bathed by professional therapists and receive an aromatic full body scrub and ghassoul facial mask.
Following a rest, continue to our massage area where you will receive a traditional relaxing massage with essential oils (Argan) in a soothing ambiance with candles, quiet music and pleasing aromas.

The spa is open every day from 11am to 7 pm. Riad Layla Hammam and Spa treats up to 2 persons at the same time by appointment only . We welcome men and women during the same session. Outside guests are most welcome.

WELCOME TO RIAD LAYLA HAMMAM & SPA
Here is a brief description of what to expect:

HAMMAM
After entering the spa you will be taken to a changing room where you can leave your clothes and personal belongings.
A bathrobe, slippers and disposable underwear are at your disposal.
You will then be taken to the steam room, the original hammam.
The therapists will lay you on a warm marble bench and leave you to rest for 5 minutes.
When they return, you will be washed gently with buckets of warm water. You will then receive an aromatic body scrub with traditional eucalyptus soap. During the hammam, we also offer a facial mask with ghassoul..
You will then be offered a shower and rest on a couch with water.

Traditional Beauty Secrets
Ghassoul Mask 
A mineral rich clay from the Atlas Mountains that Moroccan women have used for centuries for their hair and face. It naturally removes impurities and reduces dryness.
Savon Beldi
Derived from black olives, this soap gently nourishes and softens the skin

 


MASSAGE
After resting for a while, you may step into our massage area where you will receive a traditional relaxing massage with argan and essential oils (jasmine or orange blossom) in a candlelit room with relaxing music.
The therapists will ask you whether you would like a regular massage or a bit stronger.
If not, it is important to mention your specific requirement. It is your moment and it has to be optimized for you to enjoy it the most!
Don’t hesitate to mention if there is any part of your body more sensitive or injured where you don’t want to be touched.
